Live Cell Monitoring and Z-Stack Imaging
The Celena™ S is available with an optional on stage incubator allowing users to monitor cell growth and obtain time lapse images under optimal conditions. Automated z-stacking allows multiple images to be captured automatically along the Z-axis.
Automated Cell Counting and Viability Analysis
The Celena™ S uses Logos Biosystems optimised cell counting algorythms pioneered in the Luna range to provide automated brightfield cell counting and viability analysis. The Celena™ S is compatible with the Luna reusable slide.
