High Throughput Capabilities
Building on the success of the Pippin Prep and Blue Pippin size selection technologies, the PippinHT provides the user with the ability to size select up to 24 samples

Sample Flexibility
Like the Blue Pippin, the PippinHT has pulsed field capabilities, thus enabling the size selection of DNA fragments intended for use in both short-read (including the Illumina iSeq 100, MiniSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq, HiSeq, NovaSeq, Ion Torrent PYRO 454) and long-read (Oxford Nanopore and PACBIO) NGS workflows

Proprietary Electro-elution Technology
samples are electro-eluted into a buffer-filled well that is compatible with all downstream applications, thus eliminating the need for further sample clean-up

High Sample Reproducibility
DNA fragments sizes and ranges are reproducibly collected, ensuring consistent results between runs

Downstream Application Compatibility
Compatible with a plethora of applications, including, RNAseq, ddRADseq, ChIPseq whole genome sequencing, miRNA library isolation, single molecule sequencing, Nanopore sequencing and droplet barcode sequencing
