What are Bioinks?

Bioinks are natural or synthetic biomaterials that mimic the extracellular matrix, supporting adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of living cells.

Bioink Quality is Important

To ensure best results, cells should be encapsulated in materials that contain their native extracellular matrix components. Allevi bioinks are largely human derived and do not contain viscosity agents which can negatively affect tissue viability and function.

Rigorously Tested Bioinks

Allevi Bioinks have been thoroughly tested and validated in-house, by academia and by the tissue engineering industry. They have been proven to yield the best biological results.

Allevi Bioprint Online is a cloud based software allowing you to design structures, define materials and monitor your prints from a web browser on any computer.

The optional Bioprint Pro software provides enhanced capabilities including a project based workflow, built0in model generation and integrated slicing. These features streamline setup and freeing up time for experiments.

An intuitive interface and state of the art visualisation tools enable you to see and fix potential issues before printing, saving time and money.
