CXS-5BE calibration standard

EM-Tec CXS-5BE calibration standard includes five reference materials and a 200um aperture copper Faraday cup. All mounted in a compact dia.12.7mm standard aluminium SEM pin stub. The copper Faraday cup and aluminium pin stub can serve as a Cu/Al reference for detector gain/zero calibration.

Intended application: Back Scattered Electron Detector (BSED) setup and performance, GSR software calibration, EDS detector set-up.

Reference materials: Au, Nb, Ge, Si and C. 200um copper Faraday cup.
