Spring table and force measurement analysis software

For the in-situ measurement of forces parallel to the sample surface. The specimen is mounted on a spring table with a defined spring constant and manipulated using the MM3A-EM. The FMA software is used to analyze the SEM images and extract forces and deflections caused by the applied force.
