Low current measurement kit for UHV

A plug-in tool for the MM3A-UHV to allow low-current, low-capacity measurements on conductive samples in UHV chambers. Each kit consists of a probe tip holder and cabling according to the UHV chamber specification. An operator’s handbook is also included with each delivery. One kit required per MM3A-UHV.
