"At Earlham we work on a wide variety of different organisms and receive DNA samples from a number of different sources. One of the challenges that we face is that some samples contain a considerable number of DNA molecules that are smaller than the capability of the sequencing technology we want employ. These smaller molecules can often compromise the data outputs, reducing both yields and the spatial information they provide. The new High Pass Plus with its accurate size exclusion, shortened run time and improved recovery has allowed us to remove these smaller, DNA molecules helping us maximise the sequence yields and spatial information we generate and build more robust pipelines."
