Value-Tec ESD safe and disposable plastic tweezers

Value-Tec plastic tweezers are intended for handling scratch-sensitive or brittle materials, magnetic materials and offer exceptional value for money. They are available in three types of material in different colours (click on green links for further details and ordering information).

  • Value-Tec white plastic tweezers made from glass fibre-reinforced POM (Polyoxymethylene or Polyacetal). High strength plastic with good resistance against wear, abrasion, solvents and fuels. Choice of 11 models.
  • Value-Tec ESD safe black plastic tweezers made from carbon fibre-reinforced PPS (Polyphenylenesulfide). Good resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, abrasion and temperatures up to 200°C. Choice of 7 models.
  • Value-Tec disposable plastic tweezers made from HIPS (high impact polystyrene). Single use tweezers with serrated grips and serrated tips to provide excellent grip.

Value-Tec white plastic tweezers made from glass fibre reinforced POM (Polyoxymethylene or polyacetal)

Value-Tec white plastic tweezers are made from glass fibre- reinforced POM,  a high strength engineering plastic with the following properties:

  • High dimensional stability
  • How moisture absorption
  • High strength and high stiffness
  • Good resistance against wear and abrasion
  • Good chemical resistance against solvents and fuels
  • Service temperature range -40°C to +100°C
  • Low resistance to acids and alkalis

Value-Tec ESD-safe black tweezers made from carbon fibre reinforced PPS (Polyphenylenesulfide)

Value-Tec ESD-safe black plastic tweezers are made from ESD safe, carbon fibre-reinforced PPS,  a high strength, heat resistant and chemically resistant engineering plastic with the following properties:

  • High strength and high stiffness
  • High dimensional stability
  • Good resistance against wear and abrasion
  • Good heat resistance with continuous service temperature of 200°C
  • High resistance against acids, alkalis, solvents and fuels

Value-Tec disposable blue plastic tweezers made from HIPS

These economy tweezers (see above) offer good grip with serrated tips. Equally useful for soft tissue or brittle materials. Low cost and disposable to avoid contamination. Made from high impact polystyrene which offers reasonable strength and rigidity. Sold in packs of 20.
